Engineer (RE – Civil)	BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution. SC/ST/PwBD category: minimum 55% marks in qualifying degree. 3 years experience.
Engineer (RE – Electrical)	BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) Degree in Electrical / Electrical or Electronics / Electrical, Instrumentation & Control / Power Systems & High Voltage / Power Electronics / Power Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution. SC/ST/PwBD category: minimum 55% marks in qualifying degree. 3 years experience.
Engineer (RE – Mechanical)	BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) Degree in Mechanical / Production / Industrial Engineering / Production & Industrial Engineering / Power Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution. SC/ST/PwBD category: minimum 55% marks in qualifying degree. 3 years experience.
Executive (RE – Human Resource)	Post Graduate Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Post Graduate Program in Management with specialization in Human Resources / Industrial Relations / Personnel Management or MHROD or MBA with specialization in HR with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution. Executive (RE – Finance)	CA/CMA. Minimum 01 year post-qualification executive experience (excluding articleship period) in Finance/Accounts.
Engineer (RE – Safety)	Engineering Degree in Mechanical / Production / Electrical / Civil / Power Engineering with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution with a full-time Diploma in Industrial Safety from Regional Labour Institute/Institution recognized under the Factories Act/Rules. OR Full Time Engineering Degree in Industrial Safety / Fire & Safety with at least 65% marks from a recognized University/Institution.
